Easy move in- great community
I went in just looking to see what was available and ended up leaving with an apartment. I was able to do the application ... in the office, it was quick and easy, the property is beautiful, Cynthia was my leasing agent she was very sweet, helpful, open and honest. All units are renovated but even the non-renovated ones are nice and affordable. I like the fact that they offer in home washer/dryers for convenience. My only complaint is their broken gate, and my patio railing was loose and I moved in on the 3rd floor but once reported they fixed it the next day. Having live here for sometime now I have gotten settled in and began enjoying the amenities. Absolutely love it here! Affordability ... and luxury all in one! Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable. Leasing staff is pleasant along with there commitment to taking care of each resident(s) needs. Each individual agent has helped me out at least 2-3 times. I ask for a lot of attention when I'm in the room.They realize and pleasantly accept that. Mrs. King and her staff are my family here. Home Sweet Home! Buckhead style apartments on the eastside of town, is what awaits you living in Wesley Providence Apartments. Upon entering ... Wesley Providence, residents are greeted by tall bold security gates which gives leasing occupants a sense of security. As you drive along instantly you will notice the grounds are kept immaculate. After coming home from a hard day work it is great to see a peaceful serene place. In the leasing office, you are greeted by the property manager Kanella King and her professional staff. They take extra care of your needs from small to great. And although it gets busy at times in the office, the ladies work really hard and diligent to see residents get the best care. One staff member in particular named Adrienne Morgan made sure my work order repair request are meet and completed. Sure no one is perfect, but Ms. King has trained her staff very well to give impeccable service. And the apartment buildings are very nice inside and out. came out expecting to browse through a few apartments and the moment i entered Wesley Providence, i was sold. The layout is beautiful, the apartments are very clean and its very spacious. I can't speak on anyone else's experience but, I was referred by a close friend of mines about Wesley Providence and I must say that I absolutely love it here. Adrienne who has been helping me since day one plays a very important role. I can tell that she really tries to help people in finding a home.
