A previously planned review of rental complexes near my family members in Dekalb County, presented me with "a most intriguing ... and warm reception by a Wesley Staff Member "MEZZIE!" Although I am currently in a 15-Month lease agreement that does not end until August 2022, "MEZZIE" has created a "profound Interest" in my looking towards joining "Wesley's Family" as a resident soon! Had I been able to identify an avenue to honorably and financially afford to end my 15-Month Lease sooner, I, INDEED WOULD BE JOINING "WESLEY'S FAMILY OF RESIDENTS!" My decision to immediately search for a manner to join the "Wesley Family" was primarily due (in addition to the pristine appearance of the Property) to Mezzie's introduction, knowledge and "follow-up" contact regarding finding what I wanted and needed in a residence! I went in just looking to see what was available and ended up leaving with an apartment. I was able to do the application ... in the office, it was quick and easy, the property is beautiful, Cynthia was my leasing agent she was very sweet, helpful, open and honest. All units are renovated but even the non-renovated ones are nice and affordable. I like the fact that they offer in home washer/dryers for convenience. My only complaint is their broken gate, and my patio railing was loose and I moved in on the 3rd floor but once reported they fixed it the next day. Buckhead style apartments on the eastside of town, is what awaits you living in Wesley Providence Apartments. Upon entering ... Wesley Providence, residents are greeted by tall bold security gates which gives leasing occupants a sense of security. As you drive along instantly you will notice the grounds are kept immaculate. After coming home from a hard day work it is great to see a peaceful serene place. In the leasing office, you are greeted by the property manager Kanella King and her professional staff. They take extra care of your needs from small to great. And although it gets busy at times in the office, the ladies work really hard and diligent to see residents get the best care. One staff member in particular named Adrienne Morgan made sure my work order repair request are meet and completed. Sure no one is perfect, but Ms. King has trained her staff very well to give impeccable service. And the apartment buildings are very nice inside and out.
