VICTOR AQUINO | COMMUNITY MANAGER

Victor Aquino has been a dedicated member of the multi-family industry for 12 years with Wesley Apartment Homes. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, building meaningful relationships with residents, and finding effective solutions to meet their needs. Victor takes pride in creating positive living experiences and contributing to the success of the communities he serves. Originally from the Dominican Republic, Victor values family, community, and personal growth. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as camping, boating, and fishing.

Cynthia Frazier | PERSONAL LEASING CONSULTANT
Cynthia is a Pensacola, Florida native and very strong-willed. She is a team player and a cat lover. Her cats are referred to as her children. Frazier has been with the company for over 25 years but has been with Wesley Providence for more than 4 years. We love her willingness to always come in early or stay late, she is always available. Thanks for your years of loyalty and support.

Betsy Romero | Personal Leasing Consultant
Betsy is a native Georgian with roots in El Salvador with her parents. She brings to Wesley Providence a strong sales background and customer service skills. On her days off, Betsy loves to relax and play with her little girl, Vivi. She looks forward to visit El Salvador but Japan is on her bucket list too!

Eddies Rios | Personal Leasing Consultant
As a dedicated leasing agent with extensive customer service experience, Eddies thrives on building meaningful relationships and helping clients find their perfect home. She is a proud parent to a wonderful 10-year-old daughter, and together they share a love for exploring new cultures through travel and cuisine. Eddies passion for cooking and trying new foods inspires her to connect with people from all walks of life, making every encounter a delightful experience.
She believes that a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others are key to success in this industry and is committed to providing exceptional service to all my clients.

Destiny Mobley | Personal Leasing Consultant
Destiny Mobley is a dedicated Personal Leasing Consultant with a background in accounting, customer service, and office management. Known for her warm personality and commitment to helping others. Destiny loves making every interaction meaningful and creating memorable experiences for residents and prospects alike. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her son, Chandler, and family, along with cooking and teaching choreography. A fun fact about Destiny, she believes every day is a chance to make a difference and making others smile and finding new ways to express her creativity both in and out of the kitchen and on and off the dance floor.

Lizzie Avellaneda | Personal Leasing Consultant
Lizzie joins Wesley Apartment Homes with a strong background in customer service and administrative support. Before stepping into her current role, she gained valuable experience working as a hostess, waitress and secretary, all positions which strengthened her communication and organization skills. Originally from Atlanta and proud of her Mexican heritage, Lizzie is passionate about helping others and contributing to a positive team environment. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her mom and watching movies. She is always up for trying something new!

Adiel Plasencia Herrera | Maintenance Technician
Wesley would like to welcome Adiel Plasencia Herrera to the Maintenance Team. He is from Villa Clara Santa Clara, Cuba. He enjoys technology, more specifically computer programming. His favorite things to do is to watch movies and hang out with his family.

Juan Rossis | Maintenance Technician
This is Juan's first year with Wesley Apartment Homes, where he currently serves as one of our Maintenance Technicians. Juan is a valuable asset to our team. He consistently delivers exceptional service to our residents. Originally from the Dominican Republic, he brings a unique perspective and dedication to his role. In his free time, Juan enjoys working on home development projects and spending quality time with his wife.

Luis Zapata | Maintenance Technician
Luis Zapata joined Wesley Apartment Homes in 2025 and brings a strong sense of dedication to his role. A native of Colombia, Luis values hard work, teamwork and building positive relationships with residents and colleagues alike. He is married and the proud father of two sons. Outside of work, Luis enjoys listening to music, attending church and watching his sons play soccer. His family-oriented values and friendly personality make him a great addition the Wesley family.

Javier Avila | Maintenance Technician
Javier Avila joined Wesley in 2024 and has been a valuable addition to the Wesley Providence community. He is married and a proud father to his daughter. Outside of work, Javier enjoys spending quality time with his family and going fishing. His positive attitude and commitment make him a great asset to both the residents of Wesley Providence and to the team.

Tekyra Riddick | Personal Leasing Consultant

TeKyra Riddick is a proud Atlanta native who is excited to begin her journey in the leasing industry. Eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career, she brings a positive attitude and a passion for connecting with people. Outside of work, TeKyra enjoys doing hair and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.
